Arrival Story:
My sister's son, found him in a ally and brought him home, they had two cats already, and would beat up on him, he was shy and hid all the time. I took him and he and Bear got a long fine. My dad passed in 2001 and mom was alone , so Scrappy went to live with Grandma, they were the perfect pair. He kept her company and he was her number on, IN 2011, grandma started having health issues due to her age and Scrappy came back to live with us. He would go home with Grandma when she was there. In 2009 , Grandma decided to go visit my brothers and sisters. My this time Scrappy was almost 12 and had developed hyperthyroidism, he became totally blind, and was failing each day by then, Grandma , said, I know I will not be back, and we decided to let Scrappy go to Rainbow Bridge due to his illness and pain he was in. My mom, (Grandma) passed over three days after I took her to see my brothers and sisters as she wished. She passed with most of us with her, she smiled sat up and said, Look, Scrappy is here with me, he has come to take me home. She passed over about 2 hours later.
Bio:
Scrappy was always a very good kitty even after all he went to , to survive in the streets of a large city. He was loyal to Grandma til the day he went to Rainbow Bridge.
