Arrival Story:
After adopting my first cat, Emily, two years earlier, I was often in a possession battle. Three people wanted her at the same time. So the family agreed to get a second cat.
The search started badly. After choosing a brown tabby, my dad wasn't allowed to adopt her because there were no records Emily's vaccines - which she got at Petsmart - were up to date.
Later, we went to another shelter and fell in love with a 7-week old, noticeably underweight brown classic tabby, and the rest was history.
Bio:
Patricia has always been healthy except for one month with ringworm - apparently acquired at the shelter - and dential disease. She has not shown any signs of aging. I expect her to live 20 years.
