Dear Diary---

Freddy Mercury here. Well, I am still waiting to have my operation. I found out through the catnip patch the operation will keep me from having kittens with girls and fighting and roaming. It sounds like no fun, but my new brother, Barney Joe Thunderbear, told me it is not bad at all, and that he does not remember a thing. So I think Mommi will go this week to put the money down for the appointment. It is a place called SAAF, and it does not cost as much as going to the vet. And they will operate on wild feral cats for only $25, and they give you a trap to capture them with. It is a pretty good thing. Mommi and them can only afford to have my operation right now--they used to have cats and dogs rescued and get them operations and take them to the doctor if they are sick, but it is expensive and Mommi says it is heart-breaking.
Anyway, I am feeling better about it now.
