Snickers was a rescue. She was found in the woods, inside of a bucket of plaster with her newborn siblings. The owner(s) discarded these poor babies in attempt to suffocate them, rather then bringing them to an agency. Luckily for Snickers and us, the rescue agency was able to remove the plaster from her eyes, nostrils and mouth. Her siblings weren't as lucky. Sadly, they all died within hours.
Snickers was featured at Petsmart with another cat that she was housed with. Rather than traumatize her anymore she was a part of a double adoption which included Teddy! Snickers and Teddy were inseparable during their recovery process, and still are to this day.
Bio:
Snickers passed away on March 26, 2011 after a brief illness related to her obesity.
