Arrival Story:
When my Mommy was 19, she lost her kitty of 9yrs to cancer. After her loss, she wanted a new kitty. Her boyfriend at the time said he would buy her a new kitty. I met my Mommy and her best friend while I was at the shelter. While they were looking around, I found my new Mommy and loved her friend. I squeeked at them. My Mommy thought I such a handsome boy, she just had to take me home. I'm a purebred bombay that was dumped at the shelter after my old family had a new baby.:( I was just 5yrs old when she adopted me. My Mommy is my bestfriend and we watch at lot of TV together; Mommy watches alot of X-Files. Mommy sometimes calls me Buddy or "my little buddy".
Bio:
Mommy and I have moved six times together since she adopted me. In 2006, we finally found our home in a condo with room for us to hang out and a window to stare at birds all day. We moved in with someone new and it was big step for me. We moved in with the man that I she married in 2009. Joe and I became best friends and then Joe wanted add to our family. In 2007 they added a litle black five month old kitten to our household; they named him Hero. Suddenly Mommy and I weren't alone anymore and I had to adjust to the new kitten. I wasn't sure about Hero; but eventually Hero started to look up to me. Now I put up with his antics and when the sun comes through the window, we sunbathe together in a cuddle pile together.

I am sad to say the my little buddy Jeckel passed away at 2AM on 3/27/12 after finally loosing his battle to bladder cancer. We will be spreading his ashes in our garden when he gets back as way of letting him go off into the garden he loved so much. I love you Jeckel; you always showed everyone who's boss.
