Rainbow bridge in a better place

Salem has crossed the rainbow bridge after a courageous fight with diabetes and crf I know he's in a better place free of pain and pills and needles with lots of catnip and mouses to chase and a warm wood stove and blanket on cold days lots of fishy food and treats and love and attention he leaves behind a heartbroken human companion and adopted brother Freaky always loved and missed

Always been a tough kitty

I've always been a fighter and a tough strong kitty but I can't fight this anymore I just don't have anymore to give I've spent all night cuddled up with my friend but my body's given out on me I know I'm going to go to a better place very soon and I just want to say goodbye to all my friends Salem

Hanging in there

Well I'm hanging in there still can't eat on my own and was having a really hard time keeping food down earlier but I've done a little better tonight I spent the day curled up in front of the wood stove it's a miserable cold rainy day today. No day for an old cat like me to spend outside though I did check it out for a minute or so tonight I've spent time on my companions lap and am now curled up in the bed by his side hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow although I think I may have to go to that awful vet place again til then meows
