Mom took video of me at my food dish on the new camera and it's more smooth and stable looking than anything from the Canon. So she's thinking she'll use the tripod with the Canon and just hand hold the Nikon. Today will be nice out so she's considering a short trip to the garden with thousands of flowers to take comparison shots from both once her Nikon is charged up.
