Mom wanted me to go to the vets of Friday so I could have what she said was an annual check-up and shots. No, that was not going to happen. Mom got out the carrier and prepared to try and get me in it.

I am still a little feral so when I don't want to do something I bite or try to. First attempt Mom put food in the carrier. I went half way in but would not go further so Mom tried to push me in. All 15 lbs. of me held my ground. My back paws locked onto the carrier door and I would not go in.

Second attempt, Mom picked me up by the scruff of the neck (so I could not bite her) and supported me under my belly (so I could not scratch her) and tried to put me in that carrier. I put all four paws out and held on for dear life. I won! Mom said it was getting to traumatic for me so she let me go. Mokka got to go to the vet instead. MOL

Mom here. Molokai seems to have recovered from this experience quite quickly. He doesn't know it yet but he is scheduled to go to the vet next Saturday. I now have a pill to feed him to help keep him calm and make the experience a little less traumatic for him.

Gotta run friends. I will let my little brother tell you how HIS trip to the vet went.

The vets??? I hate the vets! Too scary for me! No goods! Good thing you fought so hard so you didn't have to go! hehehe!

Dude give it up and take the ride rumor has it they are gonna drug you! Run for it ! MOL really vets are not fun but just for a check up they are not so bad you can do this I know it.
