Getting petted by someone she loves and climbing all over them bashing into them and getting kisses while she squeks to make sure they are indeed paying attention to her, and watching any kind of video game being played by someone she loves

Having to share *her* food dish, even if it's only witBeing left in her kitten cage after a meal, and being picked up like a normal cat- she prefers for you to hold your arms up for her so she can climb into them an dance around at will.

Favorite Toy:
Other cats' tails, dangly toys, and little soft balls or pipe cleaner sculptures she can easilly bat around

Favorite Nap Spot:
In the middle of the couch and in the lap of or or by the feet of someone she loves (and can climb all over getting pets when she wakes up)

Favorite Food:
Science Diet Kitten (any cat food she can find really) and fruity yogurt for a treat!

She dances around on shoulders with the greatest of ease!

Arrival Story:
Emmy was born as part of a double litter being raised by two feral moms in a colony in Highland Park. She was about 7 weeks old when she was caught to be tamed for adoption and wasn't coming around very fast with the limited time her rescuer had to spend with her, so when they found her litter mate Pearl a week and a half later (and hence she needed even more taming) they sent them both to us for more intensive fostering and now we are helping to find their forever homes.

Without very much human contact before the age of 9 weeks Emmy had a rough start, but with a little persistence her loving nature has really come through and here in her foster home she showers her foster parents with affection and is a very happy little indoor cat. She's got an overdeveloped sense of "stranger danger" like many former ferals and she can be a little jumpy, particularly in less familiar surroundings, but once she trusts you she'll love to climb all over you, purring loudly, bashing her whole body against you, licking you, and crying out cute little scratchy kitten squeaks to say, "I love you!" She's a very funny little girl who gets super excited about everything. She goes nuts for food but if you pet her while she's eating she gets so excited about that she'll plum forget where her food was! If you pet her a lot her little tail will even start to fluff up as she lets out her crazy squeaks of delight. she's good with other cats- she just adores her sister Pearl and has been very respectful of the two older cats she currently lives with, always looking to be friends but not harassing them or annoying them when they aren't in the mood.
