Blue-Lynx Point

Carrying his wand toy in his mouth up the stairs, meowing the whole way. Laying on me and having his face massaged.

Not being able to do everything he wants to, because he doesn't feel well.

Favorite Toy:
His multi-colored wand toy.

Favorite Nap Spot:
Winter - heated bed, summer - cushy chair in the yard, or in the plants.

Favorite Food:
If he's feeling well, anything I offer him.

Swallowing large capsules with ease.

Arrival Story:
I used to work at our local humane society. I saw him in his cage and it was love at first sight. I knew he needed a permanent home.

Siggy has IBD, pancreatitis, kidney disease, hyperthyroidism, osteoarthritis, and had a sub-total colectomy (with the return of megacolon). He's on gabapentin and tramadol to control his pain, among many other medications. He is a super sweet gentle boy and loves lap time. He loves spending time in his cat enclosure, fenced yard, or heated bed. Every day is special with him! Siggy was diagnosed with diabetes July 2012 and gets insulin twice daily. Siggy has an abdominal mass (abscess). It's being treated with antibiotics. In March 2013 Siggy's left hock has been swollen for months and it's becoming more difficult for him to walk. After the loss of our cat Dexter, he became depressed. On April 3, 2013, our vet came to our house to send Sigmund on his journey to the Rainbow Bridge. Rest in peace my sweet boy!

Thanks to my furiends for the prezzies and kind words to help me celebrate my birthday - I would be 19 years on earth.

My mom still thinks of me often - especially when she see the newbies sleeping in my beds. She misses my soft fur and sweet, gentle nature.

Love is furever! 'Til we meet again.

Love & Hugs,
Angel Siggy

Thanks to my furiends for helping me celebrate my Rainbow Bridge Day yesterday!

Mom remembers well my beautiful eyes, soft fur, and sweet personality. She thinks of me, Dexter, and Daisy very often, and it still brings tears to her eyes. We are watching over her and give her the strength to carry on.

Angel Hugs,

My 1st Birthday at the Bridge

Today I would be celebrating my 18th birthday if I were still on Earth. I'm doing well at the Bridge - brofur Dexxy is with me, and sisfur Daisy just joined us a month ago today. The three of us miss our mom a lot as this is the first New Year we have been separated. I'm thankful for the years we spent together, as we have many good memories that will be cherished forever. I can tell my mom is sad today - but I know she is trying hard to move on and stay positive. We appreciate the prezzies our furiends have sent and special picture from Pipo & Minko!

We wish all our furiends a healthy and happy 2014!

Hugs from above,
Angel Siggy
