Arrival Story: My husband and I are currently stationed in Stuttgart Germany. Wen we both settled in we really wanted a cat in our lives and went to the military classifieds to find our love. We found her about a week after we started looking and made our way to pay her a visit. It was love at first sight! She was living with another military family that had just had a new baby and unfortunately they had to get rid of her. We gladly took Hazel to our home it's been wonderful ever since! She had a tough year and a half before we met her though so she was very timid and shy. When she was a kitten she was found in a box in a park in Texas with her brothers and sisters that was quickly filling with rain. She was rescued and adopted out. Latet she transferred to Germany with her last family to Germany. During the plane ride over to Germany her cage was surrounded by cages that contained dogs because they thought it would be funny. So with all of her traumatic events and changes you would think she would be mean or continue to be shy. However, she has become so loving and wonderful. She is just what we needed!! She is now in a caring and loving home with us with cat parents that are willing to give her te world!!!
My gosh can you believe it! My day was already very exciting because I caught a bird mod flight on the balcony (mom took him from me and let him go), I was not pleased with her but happy with myself. Mom settled in and checked her ipad (aka my warming pad) and saw she had 34 new emails from Catster. It was not mine or Farrah's birthday or gotcha day so when she saw so many she was a bit confused but happy. As she scrolled she saw an awesome message that said I was the cat of the day! What an honor!!! Thank you Catster and thank you to all my friends for the kind words and gifts and thank you to all of my new friends! What a wonderful day! Oh and mom just got a Furmintor brush and it works amazing! Of course being the diva I am, I rarely shed so the brush did not pick up much from me but when they brushed Farrah they ended up enough fur to make another Farrah MOL! Well thank you again! Happy all saints day!
I have a boyfriend! His name is Grayson and he is beautiful/handsome! I will add a picture to my page after I post this diary post! Last winter he climbed a tree and jumped on to our balcony and into Mom and Dads bedroom to come see me. Mom got a picture of him! He is just the cutest little man! I think Mom might have caught us together the other day because she shook the treat bag to get my attention to come inside and Grayson and I both ran to the door from the back yard. He got startled by mom and ran off but she was surely shocked to see two kitties come greet her! Farrah was not very pleased either! Well I just wanted to let the world know of my love! And no worried I am spayed and from the looks of it Grayson is neutered! Well I just want to let everyone know! Just not mom and dad of course! I'm in Love!
So mom and dad both had the day off so we got to cuddle and hag out all day! I am pretty stand offish for the most part but when they are home all day I start loving on everyone! I am usually only cuddly at night right before I go to sleep but I was cuddling all day! Of course Farrah did her best to wiggle her way in between. Such a jealous little things! Of course we are both tortis so our tortidues were out in full force trying to get attention! How was everyone else's day off? We've missed Catster so much! Happy to be back!
