Running around chasing air, getting scolded, jumping on counters, jumping into the bathtub, sitting behind my computer, causing trouble
Taking medicine; being picked up because it is too confining
milk container covers, the big green stuffed rat, laser light
Favorite Nap Spot:
on the couch, in bed on top of Mom's legs
kitty treats, chicken soup, any canned food with gravy
Biting napkins, chewing them and spitting them out in a pile, knowing exactly when it is medicine time and hiding so we can't get at her
Ths poor little baby was left outside a rescue group's home in a box with her eye so infected that it had to be removed. We were the lucky ones to adopt her, she has added so much joy to our lives.
Daphne is such a happy inquisitive kitty that we like to say she has "Attention Daphnecit Disorder". She loves to call you and let you know she is on the kitchen table so you can chase her off. Any kind of attention is wanted from her, even negative attention.
UPDATE 1/15/06 - Daphne has graduated from letting you know she is on the table to letting us know when she is going to do anything she is not supposed to do. She is a little devil! She will growl like a dog when she is getting ready to do something naughty and when I scold her, she jumps up the step in front of the fireplace and rolls around on her back. I can't help but laugh at her and go over to rub her belly. Of couse, she takes this as encouragement to do it again!

I've been tagged by Luna, Galena and Kohl! Here are the rules:
Each player starts with seven random facts about themselves. Cats who are tagged need to write on their own diary about the seven things and the rules. You need to choose seven cats to tag and list their names. Don’t forget to leave them a comment that they have been tagged and to read your diary.
My seven random facts:
1. When my mom gets out of bed during the night, I follow her right into the bathroom!
2. When my dad gets out of bed during the night, I lay on his pillow!
3. I chase Polter-Mice CONSTANTLY
4. My tail gets big & fluffy when I chase the Polter-Mice
5. I think I'm a dog almost all of the time
6. When Mom & Dad scold me, I scold them back!
7. I'm my mom's best friend in the whole wide world!

Well, as usual, I got bored during the night and decided to walk around and see what kind of trouble I could get into. Mom has this cup of water with a cover on it on top of her radio alarm clock when she sleeps but she forgot to turn the cover around to lock it when she took a sip, so I needed to investigate the situation. Of course, I knocked it down. It wouldn't have been so bad except that she didn't close it so it spilled all over the alarm clock. Wasn't my fault she forgot. Dad woke up and yelled, not at me, but he was startled. I jumped under the bed and listened to Dad telling mom what happened, but she was so asleep she really didn't care. Dad picked up the stupid thing and water was coming out of the bottom so he unplugged it. He went back to sleep and I decided to stay under the bed where it was safe. He got up to go to the bathroom a few hours later and I came out and jumped on mom's chest. She rubbed my head so I knew she wasn't mad at me. Then dad came in and told me he didn't mean to yell, so I knew everything was ok. I just hope she doesn't oversleep tomorrow morning!
