Arrival Story: Elliott was adopted from a shelter in Charleston, SC with his sister, Lucy, in 2009. When his future moms were looking at all the kittens for adoption trying to choose, Elliott was frantically running around, trying to get their attention. They had decided to get a female, because they already had two neutered males that still sprayed terribly. When they saw Elliott's sex, they regretfully continued looking at the other kittens despite there draw to him. They asked to see a tiny torbie tabby, who had been sitting quietly among the other wild, darting kittens. Lucy was perfect, and when her future moms told the shelter employee that they had made their choice, she begged them to look at the little black and white boy cat, who had earlier caught their attention. The employee reassured them that she had fostered him, and he had never sprayed, so the moms-to-be said okay. Elliott Kitt was brought into the room and instantly was adored by his future moms. Both kittens were adopted and joined their new family. Elliott has lived in two states and three cities since his birth in 2009.

Bio: Elliott is a sweet and beloved member of his family. He has a mostly silent meow and often tries to talk with only a meek squeak emerging. He has always been a fervent eater, and his brothers and sisters tolerate his constant butting in at the food bowls.
