He LOVES to ride around on my shoulders. A habit that my older brother got him into when he was still 4 weeks old. He used to walk up and plop Thomas down on my shoulder. Now I can't walk anywhere in my house without a 14 lb cat on a ride along.
He hates it when people tickle him while he is sleeping. Also he is not a fan of being forcefully removed from where ever I am. He is ALWAYS where I am... max is 5 ft away from where I am.
He loves his green mouse laser pointer toy.... now if brother Donny would stop chasing him off when he is playing with it he would be much happier.
Favorite Nap Spot:
He HAS to sleep on top of his kiity blankie that I got him for his birthday. He LOVES it. It is always in the middle of my bed.
He HAS to have his 1/2 a can of 9 lives soft kitty food in the morning. His favs are Ocean Whitefish, Salmon, and Chicken & Tuna
Thomas can sit on command, will balance on his back feet, he can open doors by turning the door nob, and if I clap my hands and bend over he will sit back on his hind legs while holding his front feet up to make it easier on me to lift him.
Thomas became a part of my life back in April of 2008 on the day my ex (then boyfriend) and I were out in his family's barn and came across Thomas's mother giving birth to him and his brother who we named Todd. After that day I would go out in the barn daily to play with Thomas because I fell instantly in love with him. When he was 4 weeks old his mother and brother died from what we later discovered to be round worms. Thomas was still small enough to sit in the palm of my hand and I couldn't bare the thought of leaving him out there alone so my ex gave him to me as a gift and I took him home. We took him to the vet the next day. Thankfully we did because we found out that he was just full of round worms and if I had not brought him in he would have died as well. But he was saved and couldn't be any healthier now!
When Thomas was a baby he had all of his teeth, but after he lost all his baby teeth we noticed that his lower right K9 baby tooth was never replaced by an adult K9 tooth... so that is where the nickname Sir Thomas Tri-Tooth comes from.
Thomas has 2 "brothers" an American Quarter Horse named Outlaw, and an English Coonhound named Donny.
He also has 2 "aunts" an American Shorthair Tabby named Daisy May, and a Russian Blue named Missy. 2 "uncles" a Maine Coon named Max, and a Golden Retriever named Midas.
ALSO 1 "cousin" an American Shorthair torti calico named Sophie.
