Arrival Story:
In Spring 2011, Reggie, along with Bojangles, was surrendered to the Memphis Animal Shelter. They were so scared and upset that the handlers at the shelter could not control them. Due to the fact that they were out of control and that Reggie is 9 years old and Bo is 11 years old, it was decided that they would be euthanized. Luckily, the House of Mews stepped in and rescued them from the shelter. I remember the first time I saw Reggie. He took my breath away. Although his life had been turned upside down, he was sweet, gentle, and friendly. I fell in love with him immediately. It was the same with his friend Bo. Bo is essentially a grumpy Papaw kitty and I adore him for it! They joined my kitty family in June of this year. I cannot imagine our lives with these two remarkable felines!
