Dahlia was the daughter of the local alley cats. We met Dahlia in the backyard and would leave her food. One evening Dahlia stood at our front door and was meowing. My cousing opened the door and she bolted downstairs when we went down to greet her and leave her food she came to us and was very loving. We were incredibly charmed and thus the lovely Dahlia came to live with us.
