Arrival Story:
Leo started out as foster cat from a local rescue group for which I volunteer. His mom, Mustang Sally, was a notorious junk yard mamma who was having litters of kittens in the back of a Mustang that was located in a junkyard on a busy road. Sally and a litter of 8wk old kittens were trapped by a volunteer in our group, but Leo was not interested in the canned cat food and avoided the traps. Two weeks later, he was FINALLY trapped but not until our volunteer baited the traps with grilled chicken (he has good taste). Leo was very skinny and scared but soon came around. He hated being on display at adoption saturdays and cowered in the corner of his cage when anyone tried to touch him. One day I came home to find him curled up on the bed with my 4yr old Tabby named Kinsey Skye. Kinsey decided she wanted to keep him so we did!
