Hello all,
What a wonderful Sunday we had!!Mom's breathing was pretty good today and she actually played a little tag with me.. of course I won!! We also had 3 of the Grandson's come to spend the night.. I'm usually here alone and am quite timid around others.. but.. WOW!! these 3 boys are sooo fun!!They played fer hours with me, gave me Halo chicken treats, and even pet me so nicley. I LOVED it!!! I'm still a bit sad though as our neighbor kitty Marla was not found yet. I do hope they find her poor thing. Oh, at the end of the day mom got out this new catraption Dad got her to clean the floors with and ya know what? It hissed at me. yep thats right HISSED at the Queen Pea!!! I think she called it a steam mop. I don't care what it's called I don't like it one little bit.I'm excited for this weeks packages that are comming. Mom ordered me several things. She says I'm getting a kitty tunnel to replace that old packing box I claimed that I use under the kitchen table.. I dunno bout her taking that away but a tunnel does sound perrrfect. She also ordered me a heated pet bed and would ya believe it a little wood dog house.. yep dog house!! It's so pretty though and just my size. It's all cedar with pink stain and white trim with a huge heart over the door. She says I can use it in the bedroom as my very own cove to get away from things. She even hand made a pretty pillow for it and my new heated pet bed will fit in it as well.. sooo cool!! I can't wait for my things to get here. I do hope everyone has a perrrfectly great week ahead!!

Oh Oh!!

Oh Dear today has not been so good. First off we have not found our neighbors kitty Marla. It's been 2 whole days she has been lost outside all alone. Poor Marla. Also I've gotten into trouble today. First I stole Mom's roll of paper towels off the kitchen table and took it under the covers in the bed to shred that lovely paper to bits.. that's when Mom found me.. oh boy was she upset with all that paper mess in the covers. Next I got into terrible trouble cause well.. hmm.. I bit Mom again really really hard. She had blood all over her hand. I dunno why I did it, I just did. I've been doing it since I was a baby and Mom would say NO! then walk away from me, so I thought it was no biggie.. but clearly it is now that I've hurt her really badly. She didn't do anything for me to hurt her.. I don't for the meow of me know why I do it. I just get these urges sometimes outta the blue to just reach over from were I'm sitting and bite her. This time though I just missed biting her cheek and got the top of her hand. I feel so bad. so sad.. this was a Oh! Oh! No No day!!

Whew!

Well, Mom & I got up late today.. ya see we were out last last night looking for our neighbors poor kitty Marla. She managed to step out the door while her daddy worked on their house. She has never been outside before except to go to the vet in her beautiful carrier. We live in the big city of Chicago and it's so dangerous around here. With all these cars, big busses, and many neighbors that don't like us furry felines. We also have a large colony of ferals at the end of our block as well and their pretty mean! I'm worried about her.It's 10am now and we did not find her after walking the neighborhood and up and down all the alley ways.Her Mom's gonna put up some posters today. I sure hope she comes to visit our backyard and comes by my window and I'll tell Mom to get her.Outside of that I plan to have a purrrfectly wonderful day basking in the last threads of sunshine of the season on my window perch. Oh forgot to tell you all Mom has COPD & asthma and since my arrival 5 months ago her breathing has gotten so much worse. They say it may be allergies possibly to me :( she's taking some new medicine and it seems to help alot. She even gave me a dry bath with this fancy no rinse shampoo so's I didn't have to get in the water. She's tough though, says she will never ever give me up cause she loves me to much.
