Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Gotcha Date: September 21st 2011
 Birthday: February 14th 2009
 Coloration: Spotted Tabby

Likes: Still getting to "know" him and his sister...

Pet-Peeves: cat carriers, apparently...he tried to hide when he first saw them, now he won't come out of it!

Favorite Toy: still working on that

Favorite Nap Spot: right now, inside the cat carrier, with the door open

Favorite Food: Friskies canned

Skills: talking! both he and his sister are very talkative!

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story: A good friend called me a few days ago, apparently he had just moved into a new apartment, and the landlord told him of two purebred Bengal cats, that someone had abandoned in an apt. when they moved out. He was talking about taking them to the animal shelter... I went over after work, and fell in love!
I knew I had to take them with me, and at least "try" to locate a Bengal Rescue network, in my area.
**UPDATE**
Bumper and Bitsy were taken-in by a nice young man, who is Fostering them, on Behalf of "Marilyn" of the California Bengal Rescue Group.
I am thrilled that they are going to be re-homed together, and that they are doing really well, in their new environment.
I was really pleased that this entire situation only took a few days to accomplish!
Please, if you rescue a cat (or Dog!), try to make contact with local/state Rescue organizations!
They "network" quickly, on your behalf, and for the benefit of the animals, mostly!
Thank You, Marilyn and Sam!

Bio: I am hoping that he and his "sister" will be adopted out together, as they have been together for a long time.
As of yet, I do not know if they get along with other cats or dogs or children, but they both seem very gentle. They "hump" their shoulders up, when you pet them.
Right now, they are a little "confused" as there are the scents of my other cats in the room I have them in, which is a normal reaction, to being uprooted from the home that they have known...
The female talks the entire time she eats canned food, which is very funny!!
Bumper LOVES Belly-Rubs!!!

Hi, Friends!
Well, Momma Carol accomplished the "impossible"; she managed to find a Foster Home for both Bitsy and me, in just three days!
She contacted the nice Lady Breeder at Asian Bamboo Bengals, in San Diego, who put her in touch with "Marilyn", who is a "CCBC" (Certified Cat Behavior Consultant) and also runs the California Bengal Rescue Group.
Marilyn then got in touch with "Sam", who came over and has taken us both into his home, to be "fostered", until a new "Forever Home" is found for us.
Sam was very pleased that we were both in very good health, and was smiling the entire time that he was here at Momma Carol's.
(I am sure he gave Marilyn a "Thumbs-Up" about our healthy appearance!!)
We are now exploring Sam's home, which is nice and roomy, and he has given us a lot of toys to play with, and a brand-new litter box, and yummy food!
Thank You, Marilyn, Momma Carol, and Sam!

Well, I have great news, Momma Carol has gotten in touch with the lady in charge of the Calif Bengal Rescue Group, and has located a nice man to "Foster" both of us!!
Momma will change our "adoptable" status tomorrow, after "Sam" comes and picks us up.
Momma gives me Belly-Scritches, and I really love it!!
Momma was really impressed with "Marilyn", the Bengal Rescue Lady, who is also a professional Cat "Behaviorist". Certified!
Momma will surely promote her on the Bengal Groups here, on Catster!
Thank You, Marilyn & Sam!!
Purrs,
Bumper

Wow! Life can sure change, in a hurry!!
Yesterday, this lady came to our apartment, where Bitsy and I were living, and she took us out and to a new "place", which smells like many other kitties.
It seems that our former owners had moved away, and left us behind, and this nice lady is working with a Bengal Rescue Group, to find us a new "Forever Home"...
I like to talk a lot, and Bitsy does not shut up, MOL, she is quite the "talker"...
I hope that this happens quickly! (to find a new home)
This nice lady is called "Momma Carol" and she feeds us yummy Friskies canned food, and lots of delicious dry food and Snacky-Treats...
Life is good...
