First- thanks for all the gifties I've gotten for my two...count them two DDPs. (Annie, Gris is so mad! ) I told him...girl power! Thank you so very much and thanks for making me feel welcome. And to those who said how pretty I am....stop it your making me blush. MOL.
As you guys have seen, Mommie Chris changed my name to Daphne. I was laying on her chest the other night, blocking her view of the tv.....when she said Daisy is cute and fitting, but you remind me of the English country side with your tortie tabby markings. I could see you belonging to a stone manor, laid up in the window overlooking a gorgeous well manicured garden of white roses and box woods. Maybe a small trout pond down in the valley in front of you. I can see that.....your an English kitty. Right then Daphne came to mind, mom doesn't know why but she suspects its because she always liked the Daphne character on Fraiser. And that Daphne was English...accent and all. So I have a new name. Some of you already knew this but for those who didn't that's why my name changed.
Also mom renamed my dairy to "seeing the world through gold colored glasses" she thought it was unique like me.
Life here is good, Zach babies me, Zoe and Diamond sleeps with me. Gris keeps acting like he wants to play with me, he'll even start to play and then he'll stop. Is because I'm a girl or because I'm so little? Who knows. I do like watching him play with the turbo scratcher, maybe he'll let me play with it someday.
Mommie Chris still thinks someone had me as a wee kit.....she says I'm way to sweet and loving to have been a stray. Plus I did just walk right up to her, no fears, that afternoon and introduced myself. I know she loves me already. And grandma really loves me cause ill let her her hold me as long as she wants, unlike Gris and Zach. Zoe doesn't mind being a lap kitty but not shes not keen on being a held kitty.
Off to nap.
Concats on your DDPs girl! We like both names...but what's mom going to shorten it to when it undoubtedly gets shortened: Daph? That's what my mom would do. I'm sure you'll be playing with Gris soon, when he's over his jealousy that you got the DDPs-MOL!
Mommy said she could always call me Daffy.....LOL
I like your new name! Congrats on your double DDPs!
Congrats on the DDPs! I like the new name!
