Arrival Story: A very good friend of mine had a stray that was hanging out at her house. They called her Amber. They couldn't get to close to her but my girlfriend secretly thought she was pregers. In that thinking she decided to make her spaying appointment a few months out (which is easy if you take your animals to the low cost spaying and neutering clinic)Anyway, Amber had two little tuxie kits two days before her spaying appointment. To say the least, she missed that appointment. I told her I thank the male kit is adorable. So, I went and picked little Gris up once he was weened.
Gris was so quiet on the 30 min ride to the vets. Was even falling asleep in the crate at the vets! He's not been calm or quiet sense then. LOL!
My girlfriend wound up keeping Gris's little sisfur Ellie (AKA Pip) and Mom as inside/outside cats and both are fixed now.
Bio: Gris is very sweet and affectionate. When he gets sleepy or just wakes up he talks and talks..he won't be quite. Every morning, he comes up beside me, takes his paw and uses my nose as a handle to turn my head towards him so he can clean my face. Then when I'm somewhat awake he starts telling me about his dreams during the night. Once he's got me good and awake, he'll curl up beside me and go back to sleep. Thus his nickname.....Little Stinker.
First thanks from all of us for the dancing skeletons. They are the coolest. Sorry we didnt have time to send them out.
Sec. Mom picks on me when I'm having a furball issue. She says she can always tell when it's me. Why? the noise I make......
MAAAAAOW MAAAAAOW MAAAAAOW.
She said it's like I'm crying but yet still saying Meow. Good news is my furball release is seldom, believe it or not and very productive. See Zach can't throw up a furball...ut's like he just has dry heaves. Poor bro.
So.....what makes your furballs stand out from everyone elses?
I Ned help. Mariette is talking mom into taking me to a cat show as a household cat. Here's the thing.... I don't like strangers but at the vets I do good and the vet said I'm better in the back where I don't see mom. So mom is thinking if she's not close I might let them inspect me.
Mom doesn't have much time but she and I wanted to tell you Thank You for the gifties. Moms hours still haven't let up and other humans and the house is taking up what extra time she has. I am so sorry we haven't been around in the last few months ....we even missed pirates day this year. What was it like.?
I have had a great gotcha day! Mommie loved on me, I got to watch a stray outside eat some nom noms, and mom found my favorite toy that was pushed up under the dresser. Mom said when she's done with her research she's going to hold me for awhile...... I love mommies love and very jealious when someone tries to interfere.
And yes I'm happy I'm living here, with food and a warm place to lay my head(sofa is where I sleep mostly, rarely on the bed t night...wonder why?) anyway, I'm to pretty and clean to be a farm cat so thank ceiling cat Mom came and got me! Woohoo!
