Lap Napping

My mom put up a new picture of me napping in her lap. Who else out there agrees that there is no better spot on a winter evening than your human parent's lap?

Welcome 2012

My mom tell's me it's a new year - whatever that means. Though we live in the supposed "frozen north," winter has been rather a none-event so far. I've even been out on my patio a number of times lately as it's been sunny and warm. I've even sat by the patio door and begged mom to open it.

So I hear the new year is a time to make resolutions. I'm resolved to live as comfortably as possible. My afternoon naps are taken on my special bed which lies on mom's bed and I have my own heating pad in it set to low to make it extra cosy.

I have a new favorite cat food! Natural Value Flaked Tuna Supreme - oh my, but it's yummy. It's the first canned food I've ever found good enough to eat all up. My mom buys it at the her food coop.

Brrr....

First night below freezing for the season last night. It looked so lovely and sunny outside that I begged my human mom to let me go out, but I only stayed out half a minute then ran back in because of the cold.
