Oh, I'm sure he won't forget you! We cats are more loyal than we're given credit for. Are you up for reading at all? The Mama says she could express mail you a giftie from the bookshop - they've got 100,000 books, half of which are paperback in all categories. A paperback wouldn't be too heavy or cumbersome to hold.

I'm so sorry you have to be without Zeusie in the hospital! Mom says she's so glad she can be treated at home, 'cause without us she'd go nuts, at least if it was more than 2 days at a time (she's gone on short medical trips that long before.) If you have the money for it, I'd highly recommend getting a Kindle with 3G, so that you can book shop amywhere, including a hospital without Wi-Fi. Mom relies on hers for sick time (the iPod helps too.)
