ON Saturday I was alone with the little human. and Mommy grabbed her leg and she FELL. the thing talks into went flyin across the room. Little human tried to pick her up by her arm , she screamed, (so i bit him) He put me in mommys room an got mommys blanket

He called someone and I heard weird men in my house)

Then mommy was gone.

Little human came back with daddy that night

Turns out this time mommy was SUPER DUPER sick. I heard daddy say the CDC got involved whoever they are, Mommy has a special line in her that starts in her arm and goes to her heart. I have no idea how long she'll have it either.

Someone came by today and there was a baggie hanging from a pole with a tube hanging from it going to mommy's arm. I got in trouble for playing with it :( I got locked in the room. Daddy said it is important medicine for mommy.

The CDC????!!!! OMC - is it West Nile virus on top of everything else??? Who's writing this diary for you - the little human? Yeah, Zeus, it's extremely important that you let the doctors do their job now. You keep your spirits and strength up, because she will need you all the more when she is in recovery. And even though it is a silly, insignificant little thing when faced with the gravity of your Mama's situation, sometimes those little pleasures still can bring a smile - so congratulations, my friend, on your being picked Diary of the Day!

I'm so sorry your Mom is sick! Mom has one of those lines in her arm too, only hers is for stuff she got from a tick bite a long time ago. We're sending all our purrs for your Mom, as my Mom knows what it's like to be really sick, and how hard it is on us kitties to watch it happen.
Purrs and More Purrs,
Minnie & Penny
P.S. Concats on being Diary of the Day!

First, I want to say Hello and thank you for your service to the sick and elderly. I'm sure you are very good at it.

Second, I just want to say I'm sorry to hear about all the stress your family is going through. Just look forward to rehabbing your Mom. I know it stinks being locked up but it's best for her right now. Maybe you should concentrate on the little human and Dad for right now.

Purrs for you, your Dad and Mom and the little human...that you all make it through this smoothly and of course that your Mom will get better.
