Arrival Story:
For our 15 year wedding anniversary, my husband surprised myself & our daughters by taking us to get a kitten.
Bio:
KaBuzz was almost named Twinkle. We wanted to name her after something that our girls (3 yrs. & 4 yrs.) were doing or into. Both of them have spent the summer breaking into Twinkle Little Star at any moment. We tried Twinkle & my poor husband balked at that name & suggested we instead call her KaBuzz. KaBuzz is what our 3 year old daughter is saying a lot right now, for example: "I want a drink kabuzz (kabuzz is because backwards)I thirsty" or I love Chad kabuzz he's my cougar. KaBuzz is actually Chad Vader's sister...they share the same father Bongo the Bengal. KaBuzz spent her first week with us traveling back & forth to Albany Or. every day as it was cherry season & we were helping our parents harvest & sell. She was much too little to leave at home, so we gathered our gear: a pink pet pouch, a kitty harness & leash & what used to be Navin's Portable Pop Up Lair (and to think I almost parted with the lair as it broke my heart whenever I saw it...I'm so glad I didn't & I know Navin is watching from the Bridge & is so pleased with his new sister!) KaBuzz turned out to be a fantastic traveler. She loved the pouch, the lair, the car, all the attention from all our various family members. Now we're home & she's getting all settled in.
