Well if you count chewing paper... LOL
He and his sister were found in my barn about a week ago, very skinny and no mother to be found. They both have puncture wounds they are healing from. They were taken to the vet to get their shots, tested for feline leukemia/ aids (both negative). The problem is the boy kitty has neurological damage, possibly CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia). I've never seen or had a cat with this, so I am learning and wanting to find other people who have had cats with this condition.
Update on Caesar. He and his sister are growing like weeds. They have now received their booster shots this week and are scheduled to be spayed/ neutered next month. The biggest news is is that Caesar's condition has improved 10fold. He has a little bit of a wide stance at times, but his head bobbling and wobbly movement has all but disappeared. All I can say is how happy I am that he is doing so well!!! They are just growing like weeds!!!
12/27/11 Update: I am so pleased to say that Caesar and his sister Cleopatra are doing just FABULOUS. They are integrated with the others in the house. VERY active kittens now, healthy and loving!!! I love watching their playful antics. Their favorite thing seems to be trying to chew paper, any paper- cardboard, papers, paper towels, you name it. They are a pure delight!
