Arrival Story:
I was volunteering and cleaning cages, feeding, watering and socializing cats one day at the kill shelter and my eyes were drawn to Autumn (they called her "Lucy") and her coloring was that of my favorite season which is Autum and I talked with her, she was fearful, but reached out a bit, I adopted her at the end of that day.
Bio:
Her notation said she was turned in because she was "destructive". With patience, not a destructive bone in this girl's body! She was very afraid (not as much as Marilia), but fearful just the same when she came home and "held her ground" against the other cats. She has Hypercalcemia (the kill shelter vet said she was a "short-timer"), Ha! she's doing VERY well after 4 years with her as long as I give her Sub-q fluids every other day, which I do! She is my girlfriend!
