While I was using the stray cat restroom, two ladies spotted me and said "That looks like Newman!" I was pretty friendly, but when one of them tried to pick me up, I swiped at her. It was pretty obvious to these two women that I was a stray, and since they just lost their kitty to cancer, they were determined to save me.
