Wow! I am DDP again today. That is twice in one week. My secretary a.k.a. Mom hadn't even gotten a chance to send out Thank Yous from my last DDP Honor.
I do want to thank you all for the pawmails, comments, rosies and beautiful picture you sent to help me celebrate both days. I love my friends! You guys are just pawsome!!! THANK YOU for sharing in my celebration!!!
Mom tried uploading my new pictures but is having problems so she says we will try again later. Catster Fleas!!!
I am having a very relaxing day today hanging out with the family. Mom is home today as it is the start of her weekend and my little brother Makana keeps coming downstairs to check everything out and then running back upstairs when he sees my doggie brothers. He is so funny.
Yesterday Maui and I spent the day chasing Makana and having him chase us up and down the stairs. Dad told Mom there was one time that I ran down the stairs with him chasing me and he slid 5 feet across the tile when he got to the bottom because he was moving so fast. MOL I love playing with my little bro.
Off to play with the little dude.

Mom says I am not the kitten anymore. She says I am a teenager and I act it. Always getting into something. hehehe She has also been telling me I am a very good big brother.
As you may know, I now have a little brother. Makana is 4 months old and growing like a weed. I am his big brother and as such I feel it is my job to keep him company, wrestle with him, and oversee all that he does. Isn't that what big brothers do? I think they might also call it babysitting.
Makana still doesn't like our doggie brothers, so he has been living upstairs and in the kitchen behind a baby gate. All of us cats visit him but Maui and I are the only ones that will play with him. Our dog brothers are not allowed upstairs and the gate stops them from going in the kitchen when he is there, but Mom says she hopes this will get him used to seeing them so he will not be so afraid of them.
Mom says she wishes Makana was more like me when it comes to the dogs. I was out with my doggie bros. after just two weeks. They didn't scare me one bit even though I was only 3 months old and just as little as Makana. They have become my buddies. I play with them, knead them, and even sleep with them at times. Maybe in time Makana will to.
Gotta run and check on my baby bro. Hope you are all enjoying your holiday.

My apologies for being so late in sending Birthday thank yous. My secretary was very busy working on her Gift Baskets and a very special project she took on, and then she came down with bronchitis. She is now starting to feel better so she says it is time for us to catch up.
I had a very wonderful first birthday surrounded by furriends and family. I want to thank you all for the lovely paw mails, gifties, and the special birthday photo I received.
A while back, my friend Snow tagged me to play the Kittens-R-Us Game. Snow, sorry it has taken so long but here goes.
My Three Fondest Memories from Kittenhood......
1) The day I found my forever home. When I was just three months old, my Foster Mom packed me and my brother up and took us to PetsMart for adoption day. My soon to be Mom and Dad were coming to PetsMart to buy items for Mom's Handcrafted Pet Gift Baskets. My rescue group had put my cage on a table just inside the front doors.
Mom spotted me before she even got to the door. She came over to my cage as soon as she got through the door. The owner of the rescue group handed me to Mom and after a short while she handed me to Dad.
I had found my forever family. Mom and Dad had given me my name before they left the store. The only bad part was that I couldn't go home with Mom and Dad until after I went to the vets. The best part was coming home with Mom and Dad and meeting all the other kitties and doggies in my family.
2) I have always liked my food, so much so that Mom calls me her little chow hound. I even try to eat my dog brother's food when Mom puts it out for them. When I was about 4 months old, Mom was getting our evening treat of wet food. I wanted that treat so bad. I was talking and walking all around the kitchen. I was still to small to jump up onto the counter to get my treat but I had to have it now. I just couldn't wait. How to get it? Oh, I know!!! I jumped on Mom's sweatpants and proceeded to climb my way up her and onto the kitchen counter. I was so fast Mom didn't even know what hit her. Climbing Mom was really fun. **giggles**
3) I'm part Siamese so like any Siamese I like to carry toys around and play fetch. When I first came to live at my forever home Dad would roll up a piece of paper into a ball and throw it to me and we would play fetch. To this day, if I hear paper being crinkled I come running.
Got to run. Hehehe. Mom just gave me a crinkle toy to beat up and carry around. She keeps trying to get a video of me doing this but every time she brings out the camera I stop. **giggles** Kittenhood is sooooo much fun.
