Arrival Story:
This gentleman that I work with was on the phone in the stockroom to his wife, I was coming back from lunch and heard him say "honey I don't know Lisa is at lunch I will ask her when she gets back". I was like whatchu want? He explained that there was this cat that has been around in the neighborhood for like 3 weeks, it keeps going to this one house but the people that lived there moved. The new renters don't like cats but the lady kept putting out milk so the cat didn't starve. I have a problem with people throwing cats away so I told him that I would follow him home that night to get this cat. He told his wife to catch the cat which wasn't difficult because she is a LUVBUG!!!! I drove up to his house at 3:30 in the morning and here came his wife with this PERSIAN!! I couldn't beleive my eyes why would you throw a Persian outside? I took her and out her in my car she just came up and sat on my lap the entire ride home. I was in love..........she is just the cutest little thing!!!! Took her to the vet and he said she was in good health and weight, infested with fleas which we got under control. But he sais she was around 2 years old....and thrown away. Thank Goodness for Alex and Afton who saw her and didn't want anything bad to happen to her.
