The life of 2 Clinic Cats
Silly Staff!May 10th 2011 10:37 am[ Leave A Comment | 12 people already have ]
There was a ferret at the clinic all night! And the silly staff put her on ground level, MOL. We tried to stick our paw in to fish him out, the food provider was going to try take a picture, she said it was cute. But we pretended to loose interest when she tried.
Leave A Comment | 12 people already have ewe guys knead a cat condo, compleet with scratchin post, elly vator, res truant, snak bar, water dishes, food bowlz, toy box N a catnip garden....if ya gt one, let uz noe coz we'd like one like that two !! peace out N rock on OOOH WOW so it must have been so exciting to see that ferret! Oh but what a sad night for the accident victim. MOL we keep following the tabbies and they really crack us up they are tooo funny ! Hey mom said to tell the food provider about the scratching pads they are kidna cheap (human dollars) and might help you stay off the chairs and stuff. We got trees and pads cause some furss like to put their claws in the carpet. You can get them at wal-mart but when we use them they are kinda messy. If you don't know what I'm talking about and you wanna know more then pawmail me. BTW yea that x-ray would be prett cool to see. I LOVE my Emery Cat and now they're available at CVS for a pretty good price. This has also meant I take care of my own claws now. And furniture is spared. They're worth it! Luv, Tink Pictures are now up!! thanks for the suggestions. I was thinking about the scratching boards too, never heard of the emery cat before but also looks good. The only thing is I'm not sure if the cats like horizontal scratching, we don't really have carpet or couches so I'm not really sure. But I do know they like vertical scratching ;). We'll have to look and see what is available from the company we order from, that way we'd be able to get a discount... Still will need to ask the other staff though, to see what they think. Forgot to mention that Tony was stalking the ferret, was too funny. MOL Did they have to surgically remove the tennis ball??? You can prop up a scratcher with something. The emery cat has refills & Tink likes one in the holder and another one inverted so it's like a rocker and she uses both and lays in the "U" shaped one. She's impossible to trim, so it makes it so much easier on both of us. I'm not sure what a ferret is, but I bet it was fun to chase! Yea we were wondering that about the tennis ball too when we saw the picture. Tink that is an excellent ideal about the emery board, I am the only one that uses it the others like the cardboard kind that are so messey. I gotta get mom to turn over for me and see if like that too. I hope you clinic kitties get one I bet you will love it. That way you can use both sides of it. When mom's gotten scratchers in the past, she always tried to find ones where you can use both sides. Enjoy those yummy treats! The staff had to induce vomiting to get the tennis ball out. Since it was a bigger dog and the ball was fairly small it wasn't too much of a problem. Since it went down easily (too easily by the sounds of it, MOL), we assumed it would come up alright too. There was a chance that it wouldn't work and in that case we probably would have called someone to come in to do endoscopy to get it out. Thanks Jezebel! We defiantly are enjoying the treats ;). Just a note on the kittens that came in this past Friday. The food provider heard today that Lady who brought that cat in took the mother back and payed for her, but the kittens went to the shelter by themselves. She is sort of disappointed no one contacted her but assuming they have found someone to take good care of them. I love my turbo scratcher! Mom needs to get me a refill for it now that I think of it. Hope you guys have a grand time with your new toys (your supossed to jump on the the springy ball) and your treats! oooooo, the turbo scratcher looks fun too!!! ;) |
