Every morning my mum asks me what I have done that I would like to remember for my Diary. Yesterday I climbed right up to the roof of the garden shed. It is a perilous and steep climb but so worth it for that feeling when you reach the summit and can see for miles.

"Toby - you cannot see for miles. We live in Enfield, a flat London suburb, not half-way up a mountain."

"Have you ever done that particular climb yourself?"

"Strangely enough, no. I have never felt the need to scramble onto the shed roof."

"Then you know not of what you speak and you will write I could see for miles."

So that was my best adventure yesterday. Other than that we had more of the really splishy rain that comes out of nowhere and I was very kind to Josie and only made her swap breakfast bowls three times this morning. This morning once again it is beautifully sunny so I am off for a run now. It is so sunny that Josie reckons she might come too although mostly when she says that she loses her nerve at our special door and ends up staying in with mum.

You're cool cat and you're a great mate to me. Be careful when you try and climb on the shed roof mate. I would hate for you to fall off and seriously injure yourself.
