Being a happy cat

Yesterday my mum was home from work a bit early and she opened the big windows and I was out there. It was another windy day and I was chasing leaves all around and having a marvellous time. The odd thing about leaves is that when you bring them indoors they don't leap about at all and you have to use your imagination more. Luckily I have lots of imagination!

Game ended when the bad boy from next door tried to grab me. He knows that if we can just get inside we are safe so he runs to cut us off from our escape route. Luckily I called my mum and she came bounding out and he is no match for her.

This morning I have woken up in a very happy mood. Everything is extra exciting today. I have played with some of my leaves, with my feather and my foam balls and I have helped mum make the bed and I've still got lots of bounce left in me. (Still not playing with mum's whirly thing though!)

Woo hoo!! Sometimes I just love being Toby the Cat. Off to see if I can get Josie just as excited!!
