I have been in this household for approximately 2 weeks now and I like it here! I now have my own napping spots, my own food dish, and my own toys. Well, the toys aren't really mine, I just play when no one is looking. The other cat in the house has accepted me so we don't fight. The humans in this house are really nice to me. They pet me and play with me when they're home. I hear words like "pretty" and "good" and "playful". They talk about the other cat like that and he's been around for a while so I think I'm doing ok. I'm much quieter now that I have gotten used to my surroundings. My only beef is the litter box. It needs to get changed more often. (I left the humans a "memo" regarding their negligence of the litter box.) Everyone seems to like having me around and I like them so I have decided to stay. One of the humans took some more pictures of me and posted them. I'm all white, so she learned to not use the flash when taking my picture.
That's all I have for now. One of the humans is scratching behind my ear so I can't concentrate. Ahhhhhhh, much better. Time for some chow.

Wow, my first catster diary entry! This is exciting!
I have been with my new family for 4 days now and I am so happy! My first day here was very confusing and scary, but my new humans made a point to give me lots of attention while letting me roam around my new home and get to know it. When night came, I went to sleep with the family, but I woke up early and all the lights were still off. I was kind of afraid, so I meowed a lot and woke up the humans. One of them had to put me downstairs for a while because no one could sleep. (I have a good set of lungs.) That day, after two of the humans went to work, I found a good hiding place and no one could find me. I finally came out and was scolded for scaring them half to death. After the first couple of turbulent days, I settled in and established a routine. Bear is getting used to me and we even "play" a little. My humans feed me well and pet me whenever they can get me to hold still. I think I'll stick around.
I will be sure to keep my thoughts posted regularly. Right now I need to go to my hiding spot for some R&R.
Ciao!
