HELP!

Im sorry if others have already wrote about this but Is anyone else having problems with Catster? We are lucky that we finally got to this page. Everytime we get to the website it says catster.com is not responding.

I have no idea how to get to my account with this new catster design. I have a few pawmails I would like to check but I cant click on them without getting the "catster.com is not responding" message.

Any tips? Please help! We haven't been on catster for a few weeks so this is all new to us.

Sorry buddy we're doing okay with it. Not thrilled with it at all though but we're doing okay. Write to HQ! Maybe try cleaning out your browser history and cache and restart your browser. Sometimes that works.

We haven't been having issues. I agree with Finney that you should contact HQ.

dood...if ewe R using IE, stop...and tell yur mom ta install firefox; it's free....we gets de "not responding" message on a bunch oh stuff using internet explorer, knot just caster....

(So sorry about the mess I made, Cole! I left one itty bitty letter out and it did that. That was my fault entirely! I hope you can find the "DELETE" button to get rid of that mess.)

Here's what I wanted to say:


I agree with Tabbies -- if you're using IE, especially IE7 or IE8 (IE8 is as high as you can go if you're using Windows XP), get a different browser. ANY browser will work better than IE.

HQ posted this today in the "Redesign" group, when someone else reported the same problem you're having:

"...are you using IE? Please encourage members posting about this in Groups to email Support with their operating system and browser information. I need to double check but I think the ticket to the tech team was closed as fixed."

Also, to get to your account and elsewhere around Catster now, just hover the mouse on the orange Community tab (don't click it, just hover). It will automatically open a list. Stay within the "white" area that opens up and move your mouse to the item you want -- then click on it.

Thank you so much! I am using internet explorer 9. Maybe I will try firefox since its free.

Yup, IE does not work with Catster Cole, ya gotta use Firefox.

Yeah! I am free of all the pop ups every time I come to this website and a few others! Firefox rocks!
