Passing by to wish all wonderful Memorial Weekend! Thanks to all who gives their lives or had body injuries so we could live like we do. It has rain and more showers are expected through the weekend with snow in the higher elevations. Thanks to Bonnie Bell for the flag and for the baseball. Purrs! Kato

Mountain Lion & Tree Eating Monster!

We have had several days of overcast skies, windy and warm into the high 80’s. We had a rain shower last night and more are predicted for the week. Another mountain lion found its way through the Boise River’s Greenbelt to downtown Boise. The attempts were made to send it back to the wilderness were not successful. It was shoot last night when it was found feeding from the garage bins near Boise State’s Stadium. It reminds me of the saying “A Fed Bear is a Dead Bear!”
This morning around 7:00 AM there was a loud crash. I saw this strange looking monster. It ate a tree in 15 minutes and proceeded to take out the roots. It was very noisily! I can now see a lot from the catio. It was gone in about an hour. I stay in my tree the entire time it was here. I don’t want to eat me.
