he comes when called, and he can knead on my leg for what seems like hours. He's also very sneaky, he can get on my lap and fall asleep before I can even tell he's there.

Arrival Story:
I met Keeper through my mothers roommate. Our roommate could no longer care for him so I adopted him.
Bio:
Keeper is from Baton Rouge Louisiana. In 2009, he moved with me and my boyfriend to Butte,Montana. Unfortunately, soon after, Keeper became very ill with a kidney disease and he stopped eating and drinking. The vet said that he had lost 80% of his kidneys. Poor baby couldn't keep anything down. We tried everything from trying to mix soft food and trying to feed him but he just couldn't keep it down. Six days go by and I was dreading to do what I knew I had to do. It was the toughest thing I ever had to do. Unfortunately, on that 7th day I had to get him euthanized. I couldn't let him be so miserable. RIP my sweet sweet boy Keeper.
