Arrival Story:
Mike was fueling up his patrol car at his departments maintenance shop. Kimber was rubbing against his legs meowing for food. This is the exact same location that he had found Conner 10 years ago. He called me and told me that she appeared hungry so I said "bring her home." Mike decided to name her Kimber after his gun.... a Kimber 1911. We took Kimber to the vet the very next day after being brought home and discovered that she is approximately 8 months old AND already in early pregnancy. The vet has agreed to go forth with the spay since she is so young. Her most striking feature (in MY opinion) are her slightly curled ear tips. I researched the entire internet and intrestingly found a cat breed called an American Curl. They come in first, second and third degree.... because Kimbers ears are only slightly tilted back, she would be considered a "first degree" and this degree is of 'pet quality'.
