There a lot to be said fr peace in da house. No trauma to write about, no sick kitties, almost no sick humanz, just the normal life we most never seez. It be super cold outside and that makes snuggling down in my blanket even more special (my sweet Lacey needs to come snuggle right here, too!). All we cats are just sleepin' the cold winter away like we is refining the fine art of hibernation. What a big word!!!
(Linus yawns and stretches). Maybe it be time to think about Valentine's Day.

You need to come over here and you will be glad you have cold weather. We are hot hot hot here, it's hard to sleep at night.
Feb is our hottest time of the year and we have had very little rain fall this year. Maybe I should come and visit you. : )

I guess being "down under" flips the weather. Must seem funny with snowmen and stuff here and yews me in yer summertime, Mr. D! Mom has a friend who teaches at a school in Melbourne. He say that, too!!!

oh yeah, hibernation is great, Linus~! We hunker down too ina blankets 'n stuff~! Iz been purrty warm here though lately, ina 60's 'n 70's so we're really enjoyin' da mid winter seasonal break~! Shur we'll get more coldness 'fore da winter wears off! Yep time to think 'bout Valentines Day too!~
