My family adopted Kiara when I was a child, after one of our previous cats Tiger passed away, she was to be my 'first' cat. Arriving at the Animal Aid shelter they had one cage full of black kittens, Kiara was the only one yet to be adopted (it seems the shelters are much more busy now).
