Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Birthday: April 27th 2004
 Coloration: Silver

Likes: to be mean; playing with his nephew, Chester; watching the hummingbirds from the livingroom window

Pet-Peeves: Anything I try to do to him, including petting or holding; he also hates having his claws trimmed.

Favorite Toy: A roll of toilet paper. A yarn mouse. The laser pointer. Anything and everything in his path.

Favorite Nap Spot: 1) His queen-size bed; 2) a sheepskin cat hammock at the living room window; behind the chair in the corner, where he can see but not be seen

Favorite Food: chicken; nutritional brewers yeast - he'd eat it until he was sick, if I let him

Skills: He can jump 4 feet straight up in the air; no matter what the lighting conditions, his eyes *always* glow red in reflected light (hence one of his nicknames)

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story: His mother was a feral kitty who came to my house for food, water and safety. Until I was able to capture /spay her, she was the matriarch of the neighborhood. Casper was her last kitten. He and his littermate were born in my garage. His brother died a few days after birth, but Casper thrived. He spent the first 2-3 months of his life living in and out of the garage with his mama and then moved in (and toook over) the house. I believe his first few months with his extremely feral mama colored his personality. Even though he was around me literally since day 1, he is not a loving/friendly kitty. He tolerates me, at best, and does not hesitate in the least to let me know of his displeasure with tooth and claw. But I love him anyway. He's the original "Cat Who Walked by Himself". As he's gotten a little older, though, he will allow me to 'scritch' his cheeks, and he usually is waiting for me on the back of the chair near the door when I walk in. As long as I remember my place and don't try to become too familiar, we're okay.

Bio: Two months after Casper was born, his aunt had kittens. I kept one, and now Casper and his nephew Chester have the run of the house . For some odd reason I've yet to decipher, Casper likes to get into the bathtub and then scratch at the sides of the tube - he'll do it several times a day. As well as annoying the heck out of Sylvie, the 12-year old queen of all she surveys.
