Arrival Story:
*CASPER TURNED OUT TO BE A GIRL! WE DISCOVERED THIS JUST BEFORE SHE WAS SPAYED!) I saw Casper the first day he came out on the GCAC Urgents list and knew I had to have him. His eyes were all gunky and he looked a mess.His file said he was emanciated. I took him home with me the next day. We put food and water behind the couch were he at jumped at bedtime. The next morning he was in the cat bed on the kitchen counter. Now all he has to do is step out of the box and have food and water. He rarely comes out to explore. His paperwork showed he was found on the interstate and he had lived thru a blizzard a few weeks earlier. He loves being held. In the beginning he'd spit and hiss at everything. It was so cute because he'll so little. Now he's growing like a weed. He still won't come out of his box for very long.
