Mother's Day and My Adoption Day

Happy Mother's Day to all Catster moms whether cat or human. Today is your special day and I hope you enjoy it. I plan on being extra loving to my mom. She's my best friend in addition to being my mom. I mean I love my dad but it is different with my mom. I am pretty much a one woman cat. Well a one human cat is probably more descriptive. Yesterday (May 10th) was my Adoption Day! The day I came to live in my house forever more. That was 8 years ago. Somehow it worked out to be a purrfect match for me and my mom. If not for her and the people who rescued me, I would be an Amish barn cat today. I don't even like milk or sleeping in straw so not sure how that would have worked out. I suspect I am much better off being where I am. I have no complaints and get lots of love. So Happy Adoption Day to me!
