Earworms

This morning my mom shook me up when I heard her say she had an earworm! Yikes I thought. Then she said it was an Ambrosia earworm. Oh no! I wondered how bad this was and how sick she might be. I was so worried it might burrow into her brain or something. I guess that is actually true about it burrowing into her brain. Just so you know, I found out an earworm was a song or part of a song that you just can't seem to get out of your head. MOL!! My mom's earworm this morning was by Ambrosia. I guess that is some group that old fogeys would know about. :) She has played the song numerous times today but that old earworm is still there. I think I may have caught it since I am even thinking about it. Of course it still confuses me a bit and I am wondering if you get a tapeworm from listening to tapes? I must go sleep on this and think it over.
