Today is Groundhog Day. I guess that Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow so that makes for 6 more weeks of Winter. Which all brings me thoughts of my groundhog. He would not have seen his shadow here as it is very cloudy today. I wonder if he even came out to look? You may recall that after my dad took him away to live, we think he came back to our yard. He now lives under my neighbor's shed. I've been watching for him today. I figured it was his day so he was bound to come out and look around. He may be a late sleeper though so I will watch for him awhile longer. So anyway Happy Groundhog Day!!
