Happy Birthday Teesha and Summer Thoughts

Today was my big brother's birthday. That would be Teesha and he's been at the Rainbow Bridge for awhile now. I sure idolized him when I was a kitten. He was so nice and I'd bite his ears and hang from them while he just stood there screaming for help from my mom. He never once took any mean action toward me. I also attempted to tackle him a lot and just generally liked to pester him. Oh do I ever miss him. It was so hard at first as I looked and looked for him but could not understand where he was. Now I know and hope they are having a big party for him at the Bridge.

I have not posted here for awhile. I've had a busy Summer. Most evenings my mom and I sit out on our swing for about 2 hours. We just snuggle and watch the birds come to eat at the bird feeder. It's only about 10 feet from the swing so I get quite a show. I guess after we sit there awhile, the birds don't realize we are there and come right there to eat. It's been a hot and dry Summer so far. I'm doing well on my diet. Slowly losing the weight and that is best for kitties to do it slowly. I've lost a whole hole size on my harness and a little more. But we aren't done yet. :) I hope you are having a nice Summer too. It sure is going fast. Oh and I wanted to add a thank you to the Catster Cat for those pretty blue stars that we all got. Pure class! Enjoy the sun, friends.
