Arrival Story:
I still live at home, and my mother's got a lot of animals, including quite a few cats. Pudleigh is one of her cats' kitten. She loves to be inside, but doesn't like the litter box, so my mother gave her to me.
Bio:
Pudleigh was switched at birth. We wound up with 3 pregnant females in the house (they've since been spayed). They all gave birth within 2 days of each other, and two of them quickly combined their litters and shared care of their 3 kittens. The third female tried putting her kittens with them one night, but she fought with the other two, so she had to be separated. At 2:00 am. I accidentally switched a couple of the (then) white kittens, noticing a few days later. Since they all seemed content, I left the adopted kitties where they were.
Pudleigh was the one adopted and raised in the shared litter, so she had two mommies, a Siamese and a calico, though she has the same tabby-point color as her biological mommy.
