Hooray! 6 days post op and Kiara is finally acting herself again. Following mummy around and climbing up the curtains! (kinda funny with a buster collar on!) and running away from the 4 year old!
So glad to have her back!

Kiara gave her mummy a right fright last night! I awoke to a large bang, and was really scared (doesnt help that i was playing a zombie killing xbox game last night!) my heart skipped a beat and for a moment i really thought zombies had crashed into the bedroom to get us!

I put the light on to find it was only Kiara, tip-toeing along the chest of drawers towards my 8 month old son's cot.I warned her away and she retreated to jump on our bed and then snuggled up next to me (well as much as she could with a buster collar on)and gently nudged my arm, as if to say "i'm sorry mummy"

Wow! me and Kiara are so chuffed, we didnt even know Catster did this, we still got lots of exploring to do around here!

Took kitty to the vets today for the check up on her stiches. My sister came round to give us a lift as me and OH (other half) dont drive yet, and as soon as Kiara clocked eyes on her, she was off! she darted down the hallway and apttemped to hide under our bed (as she knows its impossible for us to reach her) naughty kitty! luckilly i was faster than her and scooped her up just in time! phew!!

It took three people, and several aptemps to get her into the carrier (she hates it!) and she cried :-( all the way to the vets.

At the vets, she stared out a huge but silly boxer dog! whos owner laughed and said "he's scared off cats!"

The appointed went well, stiches are healing and were back next week for them to be removed.

The funny thing is, Kiara couldnt wait to get back into the carrier! i think its because she knew she was going home! hehe.

Back at home, for the rest of the day, Kiara just chilled out. Sleeping on top of the sofa and the bottom of our bed.
