What a sight to behold! I am such a lucky cat, if not the luckiest cat, in the whole world! Not only am I in a loving home with a mommy and daddy who love me after being at the Humane Society for almost three weeks, but I am the diary of the day! Furbulous!
Just to give all my furfriends an update, my paws are doing a little better, but my mommy is still worried. She told me I am going to the vet today. *sadsighs* Hopefully the vet will figure out if there is something wrong because they were looking pretty bad.
These past few days have been pretty calm. I finally have adopted my humans as my mommy and daddy and they seem thrilled. My daddy leaves for work a lot and around the time he comes home, I wait by the door for him. Last night I heard a door open so I ran to the door, which I know does not lead to outside! My mommy told me that we live in an apartment, so there is a hallway and other people's doors. I am not sure if I believe her...maybe I will sneak a peak one day. Anyways, I heard footsteps so I ran to the door, but whoever was outside just walked past the door. I was sad so I went to go cry to mommy and she just scratched me under my chin. My daddy came home and was sad that I didn't greet him at the door.
I have been playing a lot more to please my mommy and daddy. They seem to be extremely entertained, so I must continue. I like being told how beautiful and pretty and cute I am!
I still sleep a lot. There are so many nice places for kitty naps, it is wonfurful. My paws are starting to slow down now and my eyes are getting droopy. I think I need another nap. Plus I think my mommy wants the computer.
I will write my next diary about my vet visit. Mommy said the vet is just for cats, so hopefully things will be okay. I hope I don't get medicine for my paws.
