Arrival Story:
I was at Petsmart getting food and supplies and I always go visit the kitties on display from local shelters. Saw (Harvey)and he came right up to me and purred and shook the whole cage to be with me. My husband and I had gone back and forth about adopting before and he would say 3 is plenty! Well he had always wanted an ALL White kitten and I pointed out that he would be Less allergic as some studies have pointed out =). A few days later we just happened to be back that way =) Our friends were with us we decided to see him. We got him out of the cage and he jumped into my arms and purred and played with my husbands strings on his sweatshirt our friends tried to talk us into to getting him that night. But, I felt I should really think it through we walked out of the enclosure and past a doggie boot camp class. A woman said look and pointed back to where we had been (Harvey) was stretched to cross the door of his cage paws outstretched my direction. She said look your his Mommy! Well a SLEEPLESS night a hours at work the next day..we rushed and picked him up that night and brought him home and called him Quincy! I could tell he was slightly under the weather and took him to the vet the next day to find he had a URI which we are still treating a bit. He's gained weight and is allowed out with his new brothers which adore him. Plays fetch like Brady and is Brady's new shadow.
